Built for the nutrition professionals who do the real work
We created Trueheals because nutritionists supporting clients through sustainable weight wellness deserved better tools, better peers, and better support than generic wellness platforms could offer.
Empower every nutritionist to deliver lasting client outcomes
The landscape of weight wellness is evolving rapidly. Clients are working with physicians on medically supported programs, experiencing appetite and metabolic changes, and needing nutrition guidance that goes far beyond meal plans.
Trueheals exists to ensure no nutritionist has to navigate this alone. We provide the peer network, clinical resources, and mentorship infrastructure that turns individual practitioners into confident, effective guides.
"We didn't need another social network. We needed a clinical practice support system built by people who understand what it's like to sit across from a client who's struggling with a plateau on a medically supported program."
What guides everything we build
Evidence First
Every resource, article, and forum discussion is held to clinical standards. Moderators are practicing RDNs with active caseloads.
Peer Over Personality
We elevate collaborative learning over influencer culture. Your credentials and contributions matter more than your follower count.
Client Outcomes
Every feature we ship is evaluated against one question: does this help nutritionists deliver better results for their clients?
The team behind Trueheals
How Trueheals came to be
The problem became clear
Co-founders Rachel Kim (RDN) and Michael Torres identified a gap: nutritionists were increasingly supporting clients on medically supervised weight programs, but had no dedicated professional community or resource hub.
Beta launch with 200 RDNs
Trueheals launched in private beta with 200 registered dietitians across 12 states. Case study circles and the tutor program were the first features shipped.
Crossed 1,000 members
The Advice Hub launched, the resource library expanded to 150+ templates, and partnerships formed with telehealth nutrition networks and hospital-affiliated clinics.
2,400+ professionals and growing
Today, Trueheals serves nutrition professionals nationwide with community forums, mentor sessions, clinical resources, and structured support plans — all purpose-built for sustainable weight wellness practice.
