All Trueheals members can book sessions. Professional plan includes 2 sessions per month; Practice Plus includes unlimited sessions. Community members pay per session at the tutor's listed rate.
Yes. The pre-session questionnaire lets you specify your focus area — whether that's a clinical protocol question, a difficult client conversation, or a business strategy challenge. Your tutor receives this in advance.
Select tutors offer CE-eligible sessions for Professional and Practice Plus members. Look for the CE badge on tutor profiles. Certificates are issued within 48 hours of session completion.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session credit.
